My Computer is Broken...

I know it has been a long time since my last post. My computer is broken and I don't know when I will get it back. I was so sad and really mad when I first found out that I could not even turn it on. David sweetly agreed that during the day when he could, he would let me come in and borrow his computer to check email and peek in on my blog friends. In my mind, and elsewhere I am assuming, I was not happy. I say "elsewhere" because my precious daughter then says, "Mom, you should be happy that you have a husband." Not getting the point I muster a cheery, "I AM happy I have a husband." Then she replies, " You didn't let me finish saying that you should be happy that you have a husband that shares his computer with you." And to that I said, "You're right."
I am so happy that I have a husband who will share his computer with me...and his life. And he does so in such a respectable way. Truly, I have found the one I love.

On a completely random note: Have you ever wondered if your body would look better if you could just stop drinking Dr. Pepper? I mean, I ponder that a lot, but I don't think I am ready to give up the DP. Besides for my beloved Christa, is there anyone else out there that just has to have their soft drink? Mmmmm, I could use one right now.

I will post a funny picture as soon as I can. As a teaser, I will just say that Emma and Jacob had to go to the bathroom at the same time. :)

You make me laugh out loud. I miss your smile and your silliness immensely. I have given up DP, and I started losing weight. I have to have tea now to get my caffeine fix, that is not to say that every so often I splurge and get one.

I can't wait to see your silly picture...later gator

Coca Cola BABY! All the way. I won't even go to places that serve Pepsi. GAG! I actually drink caffeine free coke, so it's not the caffeine I'm addicted to. It really is the taste. When I was a kid, I used to say to my mom, "When I die, I want to leave all my money to the Coca Cola company" to which she responded, "I don't think they need your money." But seriously, I've noticed that on the days I don't have my morning coke, i'm irratable and grumpy until I get my fix...grrrrr.

And I gave up on the body image thing A LONG TIME AGO! But my daughter sweetly reminds me every time she sees me drink one, "Mommy, stop it. That will make you fat!"

I wonder about the DP thing ALL the time. I gave it up for Lent last year. Tough. I just might do it again. *sigh*
